Meeting Agendas
Meeting agendas are posted by the city at least 72 hours before each meeting, as required by the Texas Open Meetings Act. Review what will be discussed so you can participate in the decisions that affect your community.
Why agendas matter
Under the Texas Open Meetings Act (TOMA), a government body can only take action on items listed on the posted agenda. By reading the agenda before a meeting, you know exactly what decisions are being considered and can prepare to speak during public comment. This is one of the most powerful tools Texas law gives residents to stay informed.
